Job Description

Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of Live Online instructional webcasts and web delivered video recordings. Assist and train instructors in remote studio locations in direct support of instructional webcasting requirements. Collect, convert and manage associated webcasting resources (PowerPoint files, supplemental course materials, polling slides, etc.). Support the Product Manager with functionality reviews of live and asynchronous online courses, and other duties in support of the Product Manager.


Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor attendance during Live Online regulated education course
  • Troubleshoot student issues during Live Online classes
  • Prepare reports to distribute to RFR and necessary stakeholders
  • May set up WebEx events for Private Clients when necessary, based on business need and product line supported
  • Moderating Live Online regulated education classes. 
  • Assisting with Live Online class set-up and administration.
  • Ensuring that state regulatory requirements are applied appropriately in all Live Online classes.
  • Providing direct support to instructors during live webcasting events.
  • Collaborating with customer service and regulatory filing regarding student experience in a timely manner on live class dates.
  • Providing direct support to the appropriate Product manager with respect to online course functionality reviews, student feedback, and other tasks as needed. 
  • May perform end of course proctoring duties as appropriate, based on business need and product line supported.
  • Confirm with responsible party that all class assets are available (i.e. Attendee roster, rolling workbook, log in information for attendees and kaplan team.)
  • Forward daily reports to grading and RFR as needed. 


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Understand the fundamental technical processes of live video streaming
  • Must have an understanding of web-based training.
  • Possesses basic technical troubleshooting skills.


Preferred Qualifications: 

Previous experience with E360 or other web conferencing software is strongly preferred.
