Job Details:
- IT Assistant will be a junior level position with a minimum salary package so the fresh graduates / freshers with adequate IT education and knowledge are also welcomed.
- Assisting the IT Manager with the day to day management of all hardware and software installed at Radisson Blu Resort Sharjah and its facilities.
- To ensure all computer systems are working according to the specific standards and provide immediate support to staff and guest as required.
- Communicate all IT related issues to the IT Management and the team whilst assisting all In-house and Conference guest who need IT support.
- Must have basic skills of handling Application Software, preferably in a Hospitality business environment
- Knowledge in Network Systems standards
- Basic knowledge in Web applications
- Knowledge in Basic Software and Hardware troubleshooting INDEXECINDUS
