Job Key Details:
- Make sure ticketing policies and procedures are correctly implemented.
- Respond to inbound calls from customers, employees and management to respond to booking queries and to generate future bookings.
- Obtain appropriate fares from customers upon delivery of travel tickets.
- Make reservations and book travel tickets for customers and guests.
- Promote direct telephone sales so as to reduce distribution costs and generate sales
- Print and reconcile sales returns to account for daily sales.
- Promote all the company products to create awareness and generate sales
- Recruit and handle existing and prospective frequent fliers to win and retain loyalty.
- Offer tourists with travel information and ticket booking details.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of reservations / booking is desired
- Good computer skills
- Good customer service skills
- Good phone skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Appreciation of the UAE tour industry
